Order Cancellation
- Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- How to Cancel: Log in to your account on the Cartridge Store website and navigate to the “My Account” panel to cancel your order.
- Eligibility: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product.
- We reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days after the cancellation or return request is approved.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Returns
- Eligible Products: Only Toner powder and other IT consumables purchased from Cartridge Store are eligible for returns.
- Conditions for Return:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned within 48 hrs of delivery.
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image and video shared link (No File) of the item at Whatsapp and email id [email protected]. Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery. If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’d be happy to replace your product or will refund your order amount within 10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

- Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the product back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used Genuine Ink & toner products.
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable.”
